Office Info

Our practice has provided specialized dental care to thousands of families for over 30 years. Our patients come from around the block as well as around the state to experience the warm, personal care we provide. Our roots began in downtown Portage when Gerald A. Hart DDS opened his first office in 1989. Our current location opened in 2004. Matthew R. Olson DDS joined the practice in June, 2006 and we welcomed Dr. Gerald Hart's son Brian M. Hart DDS to our practice in June, 2017. 

Our office is quiet and relaxed, and our goal is to make you to feel at home.  We pride ourselves on keeping up with the latest technology for comfortable, efficient dental care. We are very excited to now offer CEREC same-day crowns. Our staff is friendly, courteous, and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful dental experience. We have parking onsite and a comfortable waiting room with guest restrooms available.
